One workspace. Fewer “which version?” conversations.

A shared brand deal workflow for talent managers

When a creator and manager work from separate inboxes, the latest agreed rate or brief can be hard to find. A Handl organization workspace gives the team a shared place to review deal information while keeping personal workspaces separate.

Connected inboxes

Members designate a connected inbox for organization work. Keep each opportunity associated with the account where it arrived.

Reviewed terms

Check proposed rates, deliverables, and dates against the original source before accepting updates to the deal record.

Shared pipeline

Use organization deal views to follow active work with the creators and colleagues who belong to the workspace.

A practical creator–manager handoff

Consider a fictional campaign where a manager receives the offer and the creator receives the production brief. A shared record helps the team connect both conversations to the work, rather than maintaining conflicting summaries.

  1. Bring the opportunity into the workspace. Use the appropriate connected inbox and review the proposed deal details.
  2. Check the scope together. Compare the fee, deliverables, dates, and source documents before confirming terms.
  3. Make the next action explicit. Agree who will clarify the brief, deliver the draft, or follow up with the brand.
  4. Review changes as they arrive. Keep the confirmed record aligned with the latest agreement instead of treating every request as accepted scope.

A deliverables checklist can help structure production handoffs, while the Gmail workflow guide covers the inbox review routine.

Organization access and personal work stay separate

For the source documents behind shared deals, explore brand contract management in Handl.

Handl uses owner, admin, and member roles for organization collaboration. Invite the people who need access to that workspace, and choose the role appropriate to their responsibilities. Personal workspaces remain separate from organization work.

Creating an organization requires Team access granted directly to your account during beta. Team access inherited through membership lets you use that organization; it does not allow you to create another one.

Beta availability

Access is managed per account. Pro and Team access support up to five connected Gmail inboxes. Check your enabled features and organization allowance before planning a team rollout.

Start with one active campaign

Choose a deal with a clear brief and a small group of collaborators. Connect the relevant inbox, bring in the contract, and review the first proposed terms together. Agree how the team will check changes and record the next action before adding more work.

During that first campaign, check whether a teammate can find the agreed deliverables, identify the current deadline, and trace a rate back to its source. Those are useful signs that the workspace is reducing repeated questions.

If you are still organizing your workflow, use the free brand deal spreadsheet to map the information you need. Handl adds connected sources and review of proposed updates when the team is ready.

Common questions

Is Handl a tool for discovering influencers?

Handl focuses on organizing creator brand deals, source documents, and team collaboration. This workflow is for managing the partnerships you are working on, rather than searching a creator marketplace.

Can I keep my personal deals separate?

Yes. Personal and organization workspaces are separate. Choose the appropriate workspace and connected inbox for the work you are handling.

Does connecting Gmail let Handl send messages?

No. Gmail access is read-only. Handl cannot send or delete email; your team continues the brand conversation in Gmail.

Can every organization member create another workspace?

No. Creating an organization requires a direct Team grant. Membership access alone does not grant that ability.

Every brand deal, handled.
