Bring an existing brand contract into your workspace
Upload a PDF or DOCX agreement, bring in a supported screenshot, or paste deal terms into Handl. You can also track a connected Gmail conversation and its supported attachments when the agreement arrives by email.
This workflow starts with a document or conversation you already have. It helps you organize the agreement and the resulting deal record. Contract drafting and electronic signatures remain part of your existing process.
Keeping the original source connected matters when a brief, an offer, and a signed document say different things. A summarized field is useful only if you can check where it came from.
Review extracted terms before planning the work
Rates and currency
Check proposed compensation against the agreement and explicitly confirm the financial terms.
Content requirements
Review the deliverables and requirements before treating the brief as a production task list.
Dates and usage windows
Compare proposed deadlines and expiry dates with the source, especially when terms depend on a future event.
Handl presents proposed details with supporting evidence. Edit an incorrect value or dismiss a suggestion you cannot confirm. AI extraction can miss context, so your review is part of the workflow.
From a document to a confirmed deal
- Submit the source. Upload the agreement or paste the relevant terms.
- Open the review. Read the proposed fields beside the source evidence.
- Resolve uncertainty. Correct the fields and clarify conflicting or missing terms before confirming them.
- Use the confirmed record. Find the source, requirements, deliverables, and deal information together in Handl.

The production brief introduces additional work that needs clarification.
- 03 · Your reviewConfirm the terms you actually agreed
Check the difference with the brand before accepting a changed deal record.
Handl does not change the wording in your original contract. Confirming a proposed field updates the deal information you use inside the app.
Keep the agreement close when the work changes
When a tracked conversation results in proposed updates, inspect the relevant evidence before accepting revised terms. Refer back to the source when you need to check a deadline or understand why the current deal record differs from an earlier offer.
The usage rights tracker keeps confirmed expiry dates visible after delivery. The sponsorship invoice tracker connects payment records to the deal when revenue access is enabled.
For recurring sponsorship work, explore the creator CRM walkthrough. For shared review and organization access, see Handl for talent managers. Upload limits and advanced features depend on your beta account access.
Common questions
Is this a contract generator or e-signature tool?
No. Handl organizes existing agreements and extracts proposed deal information for your review. Draft and sign contracts through your usual process, then bring the source into Handl.
Do I need to connect Gmail to upload a contract?
No. Direct uploads and pasted terms can start the review workflow without a Gmail connection. Available source uploads depend on your account access.
Does Handl decide whether a contract is safe to sign?
No. Proposed fields and advisory flags help you find information to review. They do not approve the agreement or decide whether you should sign it.
What if an extracted deadline is wrong?
Compare it with the original source and edit or dismiss the proposed value before confirming the deal details. A proposed value does not have to become the confirmed record.
